There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 561(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage. There being no objection, it was so ordered. CSHB 561(FIN) was read the third time. Representative Rokeberg placed a call of the House on the bill. The Speaker stated the call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall CSHB 561(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Gatto later gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 561(FIN), and reconsideration was taken up then.
